I canned the last of the tomatoes yesterday. We have 67 quarts and 3 pints. My husband will probably use almost all of those during this next year. (We both cook, but he cooks Italian, meaning he uses lots of tomatoes.) Here’s a photo of the canned food, including pickles and jellies.
The bins are full of onions, garlic, and potatoes. (There are holes drilled in the sides for ventilation.)
I think we are ready for winter.
